    I've switched a client's website to the Beautiful theme but have run into a problem. The Beautiful theme's banner (actually called the background image in the customization settings) is not responsive. I'm wondering if there is some way of making it so.

    I tried this CSS code:

    .custom-background .site-header-banner {
    background-size: cover;
    }

    But that didn't work. Does anyone know what might work?

    Did you make any modifications?

    If you look at the demo, it looks perfect on a small screen http://my.studiopress.com/themes/beautiful/#demo-phone

    I didn't make any modifications. Actually, you can see in the demo that the banner isn't responsive. They've just used an image that looks O.K. on any screen size.

    You will need to use a image which looks fine on any screen size.
