    The header image size is set in the theme functions file.

    Beware: make sure you have FTP or file manager access and the ability to undo your edits before you start making changes to your functions file. One wrong character can break your site and you won’t even have access to your dashboard.

    Caution: Always save backup before making any changes without developer.

    You can change the dimension from functions.php file of your theme

    find the following in your functions.php

    //* Add support for custom header
    add_theme_support( 'custom-header', array(
    	'header_image'    => '',
    	'header-selector' => '.site-title a',
    	'header-text'        => false,
    	'height'                 => 60,
    	'width'                  => 300,
    ) );

    just change the values of

    	'height'                 => 60,
    	'width'                  => 300,

    and get the result after updating functions.php file.
