How to have a logo straddle the header and body (Agency Theme)

I really like a website, which is based on Agency Child Theme. (Not my site and no affiliation.)

Home

It has a logo that straddles the header and body of the website. For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to do this.

Would someone be so kind as to point me in the right direction?

Hello,

Their logo is actually the background image of the site content.

You could use absolute position to slide down a header to be overlap the site content.
