    Hi,

I'm trying to set up a text widget in the sidebar on the front page of my site only. Using a conditional statement is_front_page()||is_home && !is_page( 'contact') from the Widget Logic plugin it shows up on the front page, but on the contact page I can see the default text message "This is the Primary Sidebar Widget Area. You can add content to this area by visiting your Widgets Panel and adding new widgets to this area." Does anyone know how I can get rid of this text?

    Thanks in advance,

    Toni

Hi Toni. That text only shows up to you as the admin. None of your users will see it.

Thanks for your reply. That saved me a lot of freak-out time. 🙂
