    I have tried resizing my image several times in order to fit it all within the crop window. No matter how much I shrink the image the crop window adjusts to keep the same ratio. Can you help me to allow me to crop the entire picture and not cut it off? I am using "Epik"

    I understand, you are referring to logo image at top left.

    Logo is automatically cropped up when logo dimensions are strictly defined in theme's code. Open theme's functions.php file and look for logo dimensions there.

    Is this it?
    ) );

    //* Add support for custom header
    add_theme_support( 'custom-header', array(
    'width' => 360,
    'height' => 164,
    'header-selector' => '.site-title a',
    'header-text' => false,
    ) );

    I tried resizing to 360x 164 and this did not work.

    Exactly, so if you are uploading logo image of 500 X 200 size then change:

    Width to 500
    Height to 200

    After making change, upload new logo image. That's the basic idea.

    After making above change, you can also configure logo display value height-wise in the following code found in style.css file. 164px in the code below

    /* Logo, hide text */

    .header-image .site-header .wrap {
    	padding: 0;
    }

    .header-image .site-title a {
    	float: left;
    	min-height: 164px;
    	width: 100%;
    }

    Sorry, What does " logo display value height-wise" mean or do? I tried Googling it, but no clear results...

    I meant, CSS defined width for the logo. If still issue with logo alignment, update this thread.
