I use Simple Hooks to successfully run PHP scripts site-wide. On non Genesis sites I can use any of the various WordPress PHP plugins to execute PHP in short code. Trying to run one of these plugins within Genesis always leads to an error so I would like some suggestions for how I might run PHP on a single page within Genesis.

    Redwood,

You can make your code conditional. Here is a tutorial I wrote to help with this. http://nickc.co/conditional-content

Thank you Nick. I also found this tutorial on making text widgets able to execute PHP very useful: http://www.binaryturf.com/php-text-widget-php-wordpress-text-widget/
