I have the theme Minimum for my wordpress blogg, but I can't add/upload or embed a video (from facebook, youtube, vimeo ...). Is there any way this problem can be solved or bypassed?

You can simply add the url for YouTube or Vimeo video's to the post and WordPress will add the video for you with oembed. Here's an example.
