I want to change the style of my homepage in Genesis Theme Child theme, i want to put the title of each post at the top at the same column of the body post then a new line after the summary and the Read more link.

i want to be my homepage post something like this one..

What theme are you using?

You can create a front-page.php file or home.php file and reposition the post info, entry title and excerpt using PHP code directly in the file.
