How to do Scribble layout?

I'm currently using the Mindstream theme and I want the homepage layout to be similar to the Scribble theme -- where each button on the nav bar at the top takes you to a part of the homepage and the whole homepage is separated into sections.

Does anyone have a basic idea of how to do this?

That's called parallax scrolling and would require someone to code various parts of the Mindstream theme to do that for you. It wouldn't be an easy task for Mindstream.

No, the parallax scrolling is with the background image, isn't it?

In the Scribble demo, each item in the nav bar in the upper right hand corner links to a section of the homepage with a hash tag.  It's that part that I'm trying to figure out how to use 🙂

You might deconstruct the parts your want from Scribble and add to Mindstream or explore using using a plugin like this one -
