I tried setting the margins and padding to 20px, but it didn't work. There is a huge amount of space above and below the front-page-1 widget, and you have to scroll down to see if there is anything else on the page. I like everything else about the theme, I just want it tighter. Thanks!
I too have this problem for my flight booking website.
