How to contact StudioPress

Hey,

can someone please tell me how to contact the support?

When I’m logged in at my.studiopress and click 'Get help' I’m just redirected to /account with no contact option at all.
The link /support also just redirects at /account.
And trying to send a message via /account-assistance just get’s me a 'There was an error with the form submission, please try again'.

There is no way to send a message via Facebook or Twitter either and I’m actually really frustrated by now.

Is there any email address?

Yes, it also just redirects to /account.

The form on this page works - https://my.studiopress.com/help/. You must be logged into your account for the form to work. I've used it and it works. You can also send an email to [email protected].

Hmm. The form is working for me and I'm not hearing about any issues with the form from the support folks. You can also email me using my first name dot last name at wpengine.com. I'm happy to dig in and see what I can find on what you're experiencing.

I am also unable to login to my.studiopress. I've reset the password 3 times. When I try to submit a help form I get "there was an error with the form submission. Please try again."
