I have tried and tried but I couldn't get the staff to reorder. Did anyone figure it out or struggled with the same thing?

Since you are linking to posts, it's important to understand that the standard WordPress query sorts posts by descending date order. You can either create a custom query or change the publication dates on the posts to order them the way you want.

Thank you for your thoughts Victor, I took your advice and downloaded a plug in (Post date time change) to help me sort out the publication date it did it very well but it couldn't change my staff order because it didn't affect my category order. But it helped me to know what to research exactly, so after a few clicks I got a forum that had a link for a plug in that orders your category and Taxonomy (Category Order and Taxonomy Terms Order) and it did exactly what I wanted.
Thank you again and I hope this will help someone else.
