I want to have a menu from my site in the header. How can i add css code to the top?
What theme are you using?
Two easy options: Create a menu and assign it to the secondary navigation location or add a custom menu widget to the header right widget area.

I have already the code of the menu of my site. I just want to add the html and css on top of my blog.
What exactly are you trying to do? What do you want to appear above you blog?
Imagine that i have a header on my site (custom cms). In this header i have the logo and the menu.
In the directory i have the blog. I want to put on top of blog directory the code of the menu of the site.
