How make Black Footer in Expose Theme

Hi there,
Anyone know how I can make a solid black footer in the Expose theme? The four available colours are absolutely horrific :0 Somehow I did not notice this before purchasing this theme. I am blown away there's no black, white or grey option.
Anyway, I want to make a solid black footer, but don't know how to do it.
Can anyone help?

This is hidden one level down from the root at the moment because I just started building it.

I want the footer to be black (not any of the four somewhat awful colour choices I was given!)

Right now I see this in your style sheet are you wanting to change the background-color: #ff7256; for what is there now to black? if so that a simple process. background-color: #000000; not sure if that's what you mean.

	background-color: #ff7256;
	clear: both;
	color: #fff;
	margin-bottom: 40px;
	margin-bottom: 4rem;
	padding: 80px 100px 40px;
	padding: 8rem 10rem 4rem;
