How do I remove the links to the prev and next posts at the bottom of the post?

I want to remove it from the code and not just hide it via CSS.

    Thanks in advance!

Thank you but it doesn't work.
I think that the code removes page numbers but I have a link to the prev post and a link to the next post. That is what I am trying to remove.

Take a look in your child themes functions file for a line of code which adds the single post navigation. You didn't say which theme you are using.
