    I have images from blog posts showing up in the post excerpts on the blog home page of a development site. Is there something I can add to functions.php to remove these images so that there are no images on the blog home page, only text? These images aren't featured images, they're actually in the body of the post.

    Interesting because WordPress strips out HTML in excerpts which is why i'd like to take a look and inspect.
