    I'm using the Enterprise Theme and in my posts and pages I often use H1 tags to start off and it's usually similar to my page/post title. Is there a way I can hide the page/posts title?

    Genesis Title Toggle

    If that doesn't work try adding this to your functions

    //* Remove page titles site wide (posts & pages) (requires HTML5 theme support)
remove_action( 'genesis_entry_header', 'genesis_do_post_title' );
