In narrower width, such as on a tablet or phone, the Genesis layout has the header image and the menu (or, rather, the menu icon) on 2 different lines. I would like to have both on the same line, in order to gain space for the contents.

To clearly see what I am talking about, see the compared layouts at: http://skysifter.com/zug/header-layout.jpg
    - on the left is the standard layout, with menu icon below header image, both centered
    - on the right is the layout I would like (I created it in Photoshop, not WP): header image on the left, menu icon on the same line on the right, and contents starting higher.

I am using the Genesis child theme Wintersong Pro, which is different from other Genesis child themes in the sense that, at full with, the header and menu are not on top of the page, but on a right-hand column. However, at narrower widths, the design reverts to a one-column design like the other Genesis themes.
