Hey!
I just switched over to Genesis using the Altitude child theme. I want to have images on the actual blog page, not just a small feature thumbnail. How do I set this up?

Try the Genesis > Theme Settings > Blog Page Template and Content Archive settings.

You can also use add_image_size to add custom sizes
