I am appealing to the Genesis geniuses. How do I achieve this look on an inner page?

In particular, the middle section full length image with text overlay, and the three widgets near the bottom.

This obviously would be easy if it was the front page widget area's. I know I could do it by adding a sub folder but I don't really want to do it that way.

Please could somebody shed some light on this, even if it is just a bit of advice on how it was achieved.

You can do that using Beaver Builder.
