How can you make breadcrumbs show the url of a page instead of the title

For example when you are on the the Yoast.com page:

The breadcrumbs look like this

Home ?–? Publications ?–? WordPress CMS ?–? From your site’s goal to its structure

For this page hierarchy:

(Title)
Yoast Publications
(URL)
https://yoast.com/articles/
(Title)
Using WordPress as a CMS
(URL)
https://yoast.com/articles/wordpress-cms/
(Title)
From your site’s goal to its structure
(URL)
https://yoast.com/articles/wordpress-cms/goal-to-structure/

Where as on my site if my pages were titled the same thing my breadcrumbs would look like this:

Home ?–? Yoast Publications ?–? Using WordPress as a CMS ?–? From your site’s goal to its structure

How can I modify my breadcrumbs like this. I only want the last breadcrumb to be showing the title of the page someone is on. Not the title of every page going back to home.

On Joosts site (yoast.com) he seems to be showing breadcrumbs that often don't match the url of a page or a title. Anyone know how he is customising what they say like this?

Ok. I actually figured out how to do this on my own. It was actually very simple and the solution kind of ironic....

... you can do it using the Yoast SEO plugin options in the advanced settings on page....
