How can I remove StudioPress – Genesis attribution link from footer?

Can anyone tell me how to modify/ remove the Studiopress - Genesis attribution link from my footer area with my own information?

The easiest approach is to download and activate the Genesis Simple Edits plugin from the WP repo.

In your functions.php put in this... but make your own text and link, obviously:
