Homepage Pagination: Next Page Showing Same List Of Latest Posts

Hi guys,

Theme: Metro Pro Theme on Genesis

I am having issues with the pagination on my homepage.

I have the 'next page' and '1,2,3,4' showing at bottom of my homepage (which is showing a list of latest posts) but when you click to view the next page; you go to /page/2 but that page lists the SAME LIST OF ORIGINAL POSTS from homepage and not the next batch of latest posts.

Can anyone suggest exactly what I do to fix? Perhaps paste the code fix to pastebin for me?

hi there

the reason why this is happening is because the pagination will not work with the featured posts widgets

it only works with wordpress/genesis loops ( actually posts, not widgets, displaying posts )

in the featured post widget there is a checkbox for 'Show Category Archive Link' that's probably as best your going to get

or you could hard code a link to the posts page.
