I am working on http://www.texascowboysagainstcancer.org. We are using the Agency theme which is mobile responsive. We are also using the Genesis Responsive Slider and Genesis Responsive Header. But it is the Home Welcome widget that is not getting smaller on mobile devices. On other websites such as http://www.lexxnation.com the widget operates correctly.

Please let me know what code I need to change to make my Home Welcome widget mobile responsive.

When I pull it up on my smart phone which is 320 px, the home welcome widget is not getting smaller.

I ended up using the Genesis Responsive Header Plugin.
