Hiding Meta Info On Category Pages

Hello,

I'm trying to remove the post info and post meta info from displaying on my category pages. But no matter what I try, it doesn't work. I'm using the Serenity theme.

I followed these instructions, but it didn't work: http://genesistweaks.com/post-title-only-category-pages/

Add this to the end of your child themes style.css file.

.category .post-info, 
.post-meta {  
display: none;  
}

Tested the code and it works but you have a problem with that themes code.

Try replacing the .category with the .category-i.d

Got it!!!

Here's the code I used:

.category .categories {
display: none;
}

That doesn't fudge up the appearance of my categories either that way 🙂

Thank you so much for your help! I was banging my head against the wall all afternoon yesterday trying to figure this out 🙂
