    Hello in your style.css locate the following css code for your footer widget area and change the ( font-size: 14px; ) size to one of your choice.

    #footer-widgets .widget-area h4 {
    	letter-spacing: 1px;
    	font-family: 'Nevis';
    	font-size: 14px;

    To speed up the process please post the link to the website in question.

    I'm not sure what you mean by all different colours, Are you referring to changing the hover colour?

    Access your style.css file and locate the first set of codes I posted, then just add the #footer a:hover - just below the first code. You can just copy the css codes needed to give you the hover effect below..

    Change this set of codes

    #footer-widgets .widget-area h4 {
        letter-spacing: 1px;
        font-family: 'Nevis';
        font-size: 14px;
    }

    To this set of codes

    #footer-widgets .widget-area h4 {
        letter-spacing: 1px;
        font-family: 'Nevis';
        font-size: 14px;
    }

    #footer a:hover {
    	color: #fff;
    	text-decoration: none;
    }
