Working on a test site to collaborate with customer. Never seen this happen, I've removed and installed the plugin a few time, I've used this plugin lots of times and never seen it. Had some varied degrees of success if I move it back and forth between footer 2 and 3 area, but can't get rid of the phantom "bubble" and link - there is nothing else filled out in this plugin except these specific links so not sure what to do. Thanks for your help.
