Hi
I am new to the Genesis scene. I am looking to design a custom header for my site, similar to:
http://www.holabirdsports.com/
Not identical, but the same kind of elements.
Additionally, I would like for it to be responsive and mobile friendly as well (I assume this is a given since most Genesis themes are responsive to begin with).
Can anyone suggest any Genesis child themes that I should start with?

I have purchased the Genesis Pro Plus Theme package which gives me access to all the Genesis Child themes.

Any help would be much appreciated!

I don't think there's one StudioPress theme that will be better than others. You've got menus that can be hooked anywhere and widget areas available as well to add if necessary.
