    my site: http://www.democracychronicles.com/

    the margin above the title in grey should be 0. How can I do this? I can't figure it out or find the correct instruction

    Are you trying to flush it straight to the top?

    Look for this in your style sheet:

    .site-container

    change the margin to this:

    margin: 0 5px;

    I'm sorry but I didn't mention I use News Pro child theme. What you suggested didnt work also. I changed the section below to this:

    /* Site Containers
    --------------------------------------------- */

    .site-container {
    background-color: #fff;
    border: 1px solid #e3e3e3;
    margin: 0 5px;
    max-width: 1285px;
    }

    .news-pro-landing .site-container {
    max-width: 1285px;
    margin: 0 5px;

    You should only change it where I indicated. If you have any caching plugins activated - clear the cache.

    what you told me isnt working. The .site-container appears 7 times in the News Pro Theme: Stylesheet (style.css) and I assumed you meant there, in the place I posted.

    It looks like the original code I gave you worked, at least on my end in Firefox.

    I really don't understand why you don't see it. You placed the code in your theme, I see it there now.

    margin: 0 5px;

    ... is showing up there. You should clear the cache and your browser cache.
