    I want to make the 1st post on my Blog home page to "Display Post Content" with No Featured Image, everything else I want "Display Post Excerpts" with Feature Image.

    I'm using Bill Erickson's Grid Loop plugin for my archive settings but a requirement of that working is to have "Include Feature Image" checked in Theme Settings.

    The problem I'm running into is I am required to include ad scripts on the top of certain posts and they do not display on the home page when Post Excerpts is selected. If I choose to Display Post Content then I get both my first photo in the post AND the featured image (which is the same) displayed on my blog home page.

    I also would just prefer have the 1st post be featured larger then the subsequent posts on the blog home page.
