I'd like to make a few changes to my blog template.

    1. I would like to add the blog post titles to each of the post summaries that are showing on my primary blog page but right now I just have the primary image, the intro paragraph of text and a read more link.

    2. I would also like to add the post tags below the intro text and before the read more.

I understand that I need to add some PHP code to my page_blog.php page within the child theme as it appears from the functions.php file that this theme has stripped out some of the standard genesis blog characteristics like the title.

Here is the blog page currently: https://get.todo-cloud.com/blog/
    Thanks,

    Chris

Looks like you've already added some sort of code in there because the titles show up in the demo - https://demo.studiopress.com/academy/articles/. Have you tried removing the code you added for the titles to reappear?

Thanks Anita for replying. That studiopress demo is the standard blog page without any configurations and I want to show the sidebar. So, I followed the studiopress instructions manual to set my blog template with a right side bar and posts in the left column https://my.wpengine.com/themes/docs/usage/genesis-features/create-a-custom-blog-page/ as shown here in my blog page settings: https://share.getcloudapp.com/8Luj567X

So, I still need to add post title either in the custom fields setting or I assume with PHP code in page_blog.php in my child them folder as I searched my functions.php page for the blog and it seems that perhaps the Studiopress academy theme developers have removed the genesis standard blog elements like post title as shown in this functions.php code https://share.getcloudapp.com/mXuBKv64.

Thanks again for taking the time to reply with help.
