    Hi folks
    Hoping someone can help!
Basically I'd like to find a way to have the Genesis featured posts widget on the home page, link to the most recent featured post from that category, but also display all the other posts from that category below it.

In other words a way to have the featured post link to the whole category page...

I can't find as solution after an hour or two of searching online, just an older unresolved post on this forum with a similar question.

If anyone has any advice I'd really appreciate it. PS website is in under construction mode currently - and I'm using the Swank theme.

    Thanks!
    Cara

I spent a few hours on this and came up with this for members of WP Sites.

The code is also supported for members of you need it modified.

Are you wanting to link the circle to a single post in a category, and display a list of all posts in that category below it, or are you wanting the circle to link to a category archive page, which will display *ALL* posts in that category?

If you want it to link to a category archive page, then the easiest way to do it is to create a category blog page.

If you have more questions, you can go ahead and submit them to the Pretty Darn Cute Design support forum: support.prettydarncute.com
