I am working on customizing a header for a client with the Outreach Pro theme.
When it displays on a computer monitor, it is correct. When it responds to display on a tablet or phone, the text overlays the image and the site description disappears.

    Here is the website: http://minkeeblue.com/

Can you help me figure out how to make this display correctly across all devices? Thank you!
The client would also like the header text and site description to be down lower in the header, closer to the menu bar.

    Thank you!

    Julie

For one thing the logo should be the clickable link, not the tagline. Secondly, you can only float right or left, not center. To center an element give it a width and margin: 0 auto; If it is a background image you can use the x and y properties e.g. background: url(images/myimage.jpg) no-repeat left top; you can also use px or percentages. The first declaration is the x (horizontal position) the second the y (vertical position).
