Header Link Not Working on Premise Landing Page

I have two Landing Pages built in Premise.

The Main Settings area in Premise has all pages loading a header image AND it is set for that image to link back to the website Home Page.

This Landing Page is functioning correctly.

On this Landing Page, the header is not linking.

Can someone suggest what the fix is, please?
