Header Image and Border

Hi All,

I'm not sure what I have done, but I am unable to find the "wrap" in order to create a border around ALL of the white space.

Also, I have changed the image size, however there is still white space above and on the sides of the header image. How do I remove this white space.

Your help is DEEPLY appreciated!

Hi,

1. To create a border around the white space

Around line 667 of the style.css you have the following selector:

.site-container {

add

border: *px solid #***;

(replace * with a value of your liking)

2. To remove the white space next to the header image

remove padding-left: 60px; and padding-right: 60px; from the same selector (.site-container).

You can add the padding again around line 682

.site-inner {
    clear: both;
    margin: 40px 0px;
    padding: 0 60px;
}

I did the above changes and it appeared to work. However now the picture is no longer aligned to the top and sides. Can someone please assist:

Hi,
the sides look fine for me on Firefox and Chrome; at the top I see a little white line.
To get rid of that line you can add margin-top: -1px; around line 1527 like so:

.header-image .site-description, .header-image .site-title {
    display: block;
    margin-bottom: 0px;
    text-indent: -9999px;
    margin-top: -1px;
}

To confirm with @Christoph said, the sides look OK to me too...just that little bit of white space at the top, as he noted.
