    Hi all,

    I would like to know how to make my header wider (taller)?

    Right now the header appears really squished at the top, how do I add more space to that area

    The header div styles are controlled by the #header rule and you also need to edit the dimensions of the custom header function in functions.php

    #header {
    background:  no-repeat;
    height: 120px;
    width: 960px;
    }

    That's what's in my CSS right now, and when I increase the height from 120px to 300px for example, it adds more width to the bottom. I would like more space at the top of my header.

    How do I do that?

    Increase the height and then add:

    background-position: center bottom !important;

    to the #header rule.
