    So, when I look at the site full screen on a computer it looks great. As I make the browser window smaller, it starts to transform into what seems like mobile versions of the site. We have a large header, and that header has the person's photos all the way to the right. As it shrinks it totally cuts that off. How can I make it so this doesn't happen? Thanks!

    You'll want to experiment with this using something like Chrome's Developer Tools or Firebug, but try adding a background-size: 100% !important; to your .header-image .site-title a rule at line 1013 of your style.css. You'll need to do some further adjustments to the min-height of the same when you get to a smaller media query, and probably change the background color of the .site-header as a just in case. HTH
