    I would like to have more control over the to banner text in Eleven 40 . The text that says on the Demo site "Mobile responsive and HTML5 theme built for the Genesis Framework". Essentially make it an html area like on the Balance theme. Hope thats clear. Many Thanks

    You can add HTML into that widget.

    Whereabouts do you add the HTML, the only place I can see that the text can can be changed is in the customise >> tagline section and this field does not take HTML? Many Thanks

    Its actually the description you want to style correct?

    Try this http://wpsites.net/web-design/add-custom-font-clickable-site-description-with-link/

    No I am referring to in Eleven 40 example its the text that is visible at top of page - this is the site tagline

    'Mobile responsive and HTML5 theme built for the Genesis Framework'

    So it would be to have more control over this.

    In the functions.php I assume its this

    //* Reposition the site description
    remove_action( 'genesis_site_description', 'genesis_seo_site_description' );
    add_action( 'genesis_before_content_sidebar_wrap', 'genesis_seo_site_description' );

    Thanks Brad I got there in the end - initially I just wanted to ad a <br> tag but good start.

    //* Reposition the site description
    remove_action( 'genesis_site_description', 'genesis_seo_site_description' );
    add_action( 'genesis_before_content_sidebar_wrap', 'sp_custom_header' );
    function sp_custom_header() {
    ?>
    <h2 class="site-description" itemprop="description">All great companies have a great story.... and know how to tell it. <br >We’ll help you tell yours.</h2>
    <?php
    }
