have different header image on pages

I want to have one header image on the home page but a different header image on the other pages - for example on the home page I would have the company logo image and on the other pages have the particular agent header image. I am hoping this can be done. I am using Executive Pro Theme.

Does this mean that I make a new file named front-page.php with this content? or I add this code to the Functions.php file?

Ok I got most of it but now I don't know how to show the header image for the home page. The other image is EXACTLY what I wanted.

Not sure what I am missing but I need a little more direction please and thank you.
