    Hello all, I'm trying to give credit to a guest author for his article without giving him backend or frontend access. In other words, I don't want him to create a user account nor do I want him having frontend access. I just want his name showing as the author of the article.

    Any suggestions please? I'm using the Magazine theme.

    Add them as a user and then assign their name to the post so it displays in the author box

    Thanks, but if I add him as a user he will have backend access to my site. I don't want that.
