Hello - I've tried http://www.copyblogger.com/wordpress-google-authorship/ but still the profile picture does not appear and the Google testing tool returns a negative result

anyone have a workaround?

It's in my user profile in wordpress so I don't understand why it doesn't show up either

I don't see your Google+ Profile attached to your Admin Profile. Add this link to the Contributor To section of your Google+ profile and run the tool again.

did that and still nothing, its been weeks now not sure what else to do

Nevermind, I've managed to get authorship working by adding it in the settings > sharing and connecting my G+ profile.

Two weeks.

The pain is finally over.
