Title says it all really I'm having trouble integrating my enews extended plugin working with get response.

I've followed a few online tutorials which seemed as though they were going along the right direction but just don't work.

I am trying to collect email only, not first name.

not sure what else to do except can it

You've indicated you've followed a few online tutorial, but haven't let us know which ones you have used, so you may find people making recommendations that you've already tried.

Have you submitted a question at the plugin's support forum?

Here's a similar question about integrating it with the plugin, which worked: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/genesis-enews-extended-integrate-fields-with-getresponse

You want to make sure that you aren't requesting names when you create your form.

Thanks Susan I had seen that post didn't work for me

I went through this tutorial: http://simplywpsites.com/276/how-to-configure-genesis-enews-extended-plugin-for-getresponse/

I keep getting directed to a get response page saying "please correct highlighted errors" and those fields are contact name (which i don't want and email) and email (which i know is correct)

OR I just get now web form id error.

this is a screen shot of the image i get:

I've tried playing around with excluding the hidden field bit and including it! I'm not even sure what this means!
