    I am using the whitespace pro theme for the first time. How do I get rid of the post information on the home page and within the post.

    OR

    I really prefer just to use a page instead of a post but have the front page look the same.

    Whichever is the best or you would recommend. I simply want the boxes to have content in there and then click out to the respective page.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    you can add this to the functions.php to remove the post info from the front page and posts.

    remove_action( 'genesis_entry_header', 'genesis_post_info', 7 );

    It´s is certainly possible to use pages instead of posts but it involves more coding.

    Using pages is going to be more trouble than it's worth. Here are the links you'll want to look at to remove post info (in the post header) and post meta (post footer).
