Can you help me figure out why the Genesis slider isn't showing on the home page? I have five posts set to the category "Slider" and all have featured images.

I have the Genesis Slider under the "Slider" widget in the widget area of the Serenity theme. It seems this widget area isn't recognizing the Genesis Slider.

Appreciate your direction on troubleshooting.
