Now that the Genesis Simple Edits plugin has been discontinued, what's the easiest way to add a copyright to a Genesis framework theme? In this example, I'm using Monochrome Pro v1.

Go to the Appearance/Customize menu and add the credits to the footer.

    Thanks, Victor.

Apparently, the Monochrome Pro v1.5 theme has a separate Footer that uses Genesis and WordPress shortcodes. I've managed to edit some of the existing Genesis shortcodes, but I need one that will allow me to enter text and a linked URL. I tried deleting the Footer shortcodes and adding code to the Footer Scripts section, but it left a large white gap at the bottom of the website.

Where can I get a list of WordPress built-in shortcodes?

Here are the shortcodes I'm currently using, which won't allow me to add customer text and URLS:
    [footer_copyright after=" Copyright Darrell Kellum, Inc. "] · [footer_childtheme_link before="" after=" On"] [footer_genesis_link url="http://www.studiopress.com/" before=""] · [footer_wordpress_link] · [footer_loginout]

You don't need a short code to add a link to your code. Just add it where you want it using the HTML code.
