    This works, change about line 150 in functions to...

    remove_action( 'genesis_after_footer', 'genesis_do_subnav' );
    add_action( 'genesis_before_footer', 'genesis_do_subnav', 10 );

    then style.

    Ignore above this works!

    remove_action( 'genesis_after_header', 'genesis_do_subnav' );
    add_action( 'genesis_before_footer', 'genesis_do_subnav', 10 );
