    'name'        => __( 'After Post', 'sample' ),
    'description'    => __( 'This is the after post section.', 'sample' ),

    Is 'sample' referring to the Sample theme name...

    Theme Name: Genesis Sample

    Is the part of the code that says sample just to remind me of where I'm using the code or do I need to include something specific here?

    Thanks.

    You MUST use a unique i.d for the sidebar (widget)

    Code not displaying? Grab it from Github.

    Thanks for the quick reply Brad

    I understand the 'id' bit, what I don't understand is what sample means in the second and third lines of code below.

    'id' => 'after-post',
    'name' => __( 'After Post', 'sample' ),
    'description' => __( 'This is the after post section.', 'sample' ),
    ) );

    The code is from this page...
    http://www.briangardner.com/code/add-after-post-widget/

    In the style sheet it says...
    Theme Name: Genesis Sample

    Not sample.

    Is the exact word, sample, significant? And if it is, where did it come from.
    Would it make any difference if I put mysample, or sampletheme instead?
