    Hi,

    I installed the Genesis Portfolio Pro plugin. In the Genesis Featured Portfolio widget, there's an option called “Show Portfolio Content” along with a customizable character limit (so for example, if I set the limit at 120, the widget will display the first 120 characters of the text from the portfolio post). Is there a way to configure the widget to show the excerpt for each portfolio item instead of the content? I would rather write a blurb in the excerpt field and have that text show up in the widget.

    Only if the widget settings include that option otherwise you would need to rewrite the widget class.
