    I could use a little refresher course on how to make stylesheet changes that are applied with 3rd party plugin to avoid permanently changing the stylesheet.

    For example, I need to change the padding in this section:

    .genesis-nav-menu a {
    	border: none;
    	color: #222;
    	display: block;
    	padding: 15px 20px;
    	position: relative;

    And also change a couple of settings in this section:

    .genesis-nav-menu {
    	clear: both;
    	color: #222;
    	font-family: 'Raleway', sans-serif;
    	font-size: 14px;
    	font-size: 1.8rem;
    	font-weight: 400;
    	line-height: 1;
    	text-transform: uppercase;
    	width: 100%;
    }

    I just want to reduce the spacing and remove the uppercase setting. I know how to change the settings in the style sheet but would it be better to paste the changes into Simple Hooks or Simple Edits? It doesn't look like there is an obvious way to do it. This is on Magazine Pro.

    Thanks for any suggestions!

    You can just take that code and modify it in the Additional CSS box. Any code you put in there will override what's in the stylesheet.
