    Hi!
I am using the modern blogger pro theme.
And I installed the plugin Genesis Mobile Responsive Header Plugin so that I can have a smaller version of the logo on mobile devices but the plugin isn't working....

I have the plugin installed and have uploaded my images for each size and nothing! It is still showing the regular header.
Anyone else having problems with this? Or is there another way I can have an alternate header for mobile devices?

    Hi!
That was a head-scratcher, but I've got it. Everything you set up is right on, I see the generated code, and your images are there! It's just that your version of the plugin is for Genesis 1.9, it won't work with Genesis 2.

His stuff is looking for #header, #title-area, and #title. Those have been replaced in Genesis 2 with .site-header, .title-area, and .site-title. So your CSS is all dressed up with nowhere to go.

You could check with him here and see if he has a Genesis 2 version. I don't know if there is one yet, his stuff isn't in the WordPress repository (at least I don't think it is).

One could also handle the problem manually with a bit of work.

    Best, Dave

Thanks David! That makes sense why it isn't working!

I will contact him and see if there is an updated version.

As far as I know, the Genesis Responsive Header hasn't been updated for Genesis 2.0 as yet.

Lindsey recently wrote a blog post on making a full width header responsive for the Pretty Darn Cute Design themes. You can find it here: Pretty Darn Cute Design
